Q: What’s the “18-weeks” monthly payment?
A: There are total of 18 weeks of teaching each semester at WPMA. We add up all the 18 weeks of lesson fees then divide by the five months in each semester. So students will pay a “fixed” amount instead of a variable amount for their monthly tuition. All the students who start the lesson from the beginning of the semester MUST use “18-weeks” payment method.
Q: Can I make the entire semester tuition in one payment?
Q: Do you accept any credit cards?
A: No. WPMA does NOT accept credit card at this point. We only accept check or cash.
Q: Can students carry “unused” lesson fees into the following month?
A: No. If a student have to miss more than three weeks of lesson due to injury or family emergency, a special agreement needs to be arranged with the teacher and WPMA director Mr. Pu.
Q: What’s the WPMA makeup lesson policy?
A: Each Student is entitled to ONE makeup lesson per semester. Teachers are NOT obligated to give any makeup lessons beyond the one which student is entitled to. For detail policy information, please check the WPMA website.
Q: What does the annual registration fee cover?
A: The annual registration fee helps cover general administrative expenses such as Wifi, utilities, maintenance, toilet paper, weekly professional cleaning service, etc.
